Pickstock Homes provides a defects liability period of 6 months for all internal works and 12 months for all external works. During this time you may contact our customer service department to arrange for any problems to be fixed free of charge.

Ten Year Warranty Cover
The industry regulated 10 year warranty cover is applicable to every Pickstock Home. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover will be supplied.
