You will be given a Hand Over certificate signed by a senior member of our Construction Team when you have completed the purchase of your new home.

New Home Demonstration
Before occupation, a member of our team will walk you around your new home and demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances fitted, to ensure that you are happy and familiar with their operation.
